Jeremy Rabago
BAppSc (Physiotherapy)
Hey, I’m Jeremy, your physio at ESPR Physiotherapy.
Since my academic tenure at the University of Sydney where I completed my Masters of Physiotherapy, I have consulted clients in both public and private settings, navigating
musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and various acute hospital wards.
I initially honed competency in the community and Aged Care sector, conducting both 1-in-1 home visits and group classes for HCP and NDIS clientele. I was entrusted with leading
classes in strength & balance and falls prevention, helping the elderly bolster their independence and return to everyday living post-op and hospital discharge.
Upon completion of Hyrox Open Mens, HOKA half marathon (21.1km), and Tough Mudder (15km) in 2025, I am currently preparing for the Sydney Marathon (42.2km) 2026. With further history in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, basketball, bouldering, weightlifting, and street dance (hip-hop), I endeavour to keep both a healthy body and mind while optimising performance
and training.
I am forever a learner with boundless curiosity; this comes with new experiences and of course the many ups and downs of training, thus I understand the physical and mental barriers for the overachievers, injured, and enthusiastic hobbyists. I’m driven to help you build a robust body, understand how to prevent injuries, and instil confidence in achieving feats you didn’t know you were capable of.
