The physio is a pleasure to deal with he is very knowledgeable and informative with regards to my shoulder injury shows you exercises and then makes sure you are doing the technique correctly and explains the reason for the exercise and how it will benefit you and your recovery there are optional treatments apart from massage that include acupuncture which I happily took on board I can highly recommend Canis to be a part of your rehabilitation program

Canis is providing good service for my lower back. My back pain is gone with just 1 session. And the exercises he gave me are fun and challenging.

I had a fantastic experience with Andrew and Canis They were amazing, truly exceptional. Their expertise and care made a significant difference in my recovery. I was referred to see Canis at ESPR Physiotherapy to help my knee pain. I found Canis to be very patient and respectful. He explained to me in a way I could understand how the exercises will help strengthen my issue. I hope to go back for a follow up visit and show him the progress his advice has helped me achieve.

I have been attending physio for a lower back problem with Canis for a few months now, he has been fantastic, very professional and he is always able to answer my question relating to my injury. He is also very knowledgeable regarding gym and strength training always good to chat with him about that. Highly recommended to book with him.
Also it's very Speedy recovery for my lower back after attending sessions with Canis.
