The physio is a pleasure to deal with he is very knowledgeable and informative with regards to my shoulder injury shows you exercises and then makes sure you are doing the technique correctly and explains the reason for the exercise and how it will benefit you and your recovery there are optional treatments apart from massage that include acupuncture which I happily took on board I can highly recommend Canis to be a part of your rehabilitation program

I was referred to see Canis at ESPR Physiotherapy to help my knee pain. I found Canis to be very patient and respectful. He explained to me in a way I could understand how the exercises will help strengthen my issue. I hope to go back for a follow up visit and show him the progress his advice has helped me achieve.

I’ve been seeing Andrew for the past 3 years and honestly I can tell you I haven’t stopped because, I’ve never met a more understanding, down to earth Physio like him before. His very professional and takes his time informing you on the things you need to know and what’s the best way forward. I recommend him to 10 out of 10 people and they all use him now too.
